Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Any item made from my patterns may be sold, on a small scale (not mass produced), as long as I am credited as the designer. All I ask is that a link to my website is provided in your listings if the items are sold online. This also applies to any of my physical published books-Whimsical Stitches, Crochet Cafe, Animal Amigurumi Adventures Volumes 1&2. You MUST use your own photos when selling the items.

I only want one of the patterns from the 100 days of mini amigurumi. Do you offer them as individual patterns?
At this time, all the patterns from the 100 days of minis series are only available as the sets.
I saw a pattern from your book Whimsical Stitches/Crochet Cafe/Animal Amigurumi Adventures. Do you sell it separately?
Any pattern found in my physical published books, are only exclusive to the books and cannot be found anywhere else.

Are the 100 days of Mini Amigurumi eBooks available as hardcovers?
They are only available as pdf copies.
I live in a different country and want to purchase Whimsical Stitches, Crochet Cafe, Animal Amigurumi Adventures. Where can I find it?
While I do offer signed copies in my shop, I understand shipping can get quite expensive for international customers. These shipping charges are out of my control and are what the shipping provider charges for shipping your package overseas.
For international buyers, my books are available on Amazon.
-Ordering and Shipping-
I ordered a pdf pattern by mistake. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of PDF patterns, they are not refundable. Once you've placed the order, you have access to the pattern which makes it impossible for me to return it.
Listings clearly state whether an item is a DIGITAL download or a PHYSICAL item. Please read the descriptions carefully before checking out as no exceptions are made to this policy.
I placed my order and have not received my patterns, where are they?
Once your transaction has been processed, you'll receive a download link in a separate email with the subject line "Your Order From A Menagerie of Stitches is Ready!". Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received this email within 1 hour. If you still cannot locate this email, please let me know and I will send you the download link directly.
If paying with "PAYPAL ECHECK" please understand that your payment does not go through automatically and you will not have instant access to the patterns. Payment takes 3-5 business days to clear. This is not my rule and is something that PayPal puts on payments such as these. I cannot fulfill orders where payments have not been completed.
My download link says I've exceeded the download limit. How do I get my pattern?
All patterns have a download limit of 10. If you have exceeded the download limit for the pattern that you've purchased, please email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number and name and I will get the pdf to you! You do not have to purchase the pattern a second time!
A helpful tip! Always download your pattern and save it to your phone or computer!!! If you are downloading your pattern to a smartphone, each time the page refreshes, it will use a download attempt. Make sure you save it to dropbox, ibooks or adobe reader once you open the download.
My download link is no longer working and I keep getting an error page. How can I get my pattern?
If you are running into a problem downloading a pattern purchased BEFORE 12/21/2020, the way patterns are being delivered has changed and all links from Shopify no longer work. Please contact me through the CONTACT FORM and provide your name, email on the order and order number. By providing these, I am able to speed up the process of getting you a new link. You DO NOT have to repurchase the pattern if your link isn't working.
If you're having trouble downloading your pattern, please give me at least 24 hours to reply to your inquiry. I always respond fairly quickly and get links sent asap so there is never any need to repurchase the pattern.
How long does shipping take for physical items?
All physical orders are processed Monday-Friday and ship within 1-3 days after your order has been placed.
All items are shipped using USPS, unless you choose a different method at checkout. Items arrive based on shipping method chosen at checkout. Please keep in mind that shipping during the holidays can impact the arrival date.
Media Mail is available for the physical copies of Whimsical Stitches, Crochet Café, Animal Amigurumi Adventures Volume 1&2, and First Words With Cute Crochet Friends. This is available for US residents ONLY (per USPS rules) and must be chosen upon checkout. Time frame for arrival is between 2-8 business days. You may always upgrade your shipping to priority for books if you want them delivered faster.
Once the item ships, is dropped off and in the hands of USPS, I am not responsible for any delays that may occur. I am not responsible for any lost packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping costs and arrival times do vary by country and the buyer is responsible for any taxes or custom fees that may occur. I know that shipping internationally can be really expensive. Please understand that the shipping fee is set by the shipping carrier and not me.
I placed an order, it says it’s been delivered but I haven't received it. Can you help?!
If your order has not been delivered please send an email to email@example.com PLEASE include the name on the order and order number. I will do my best to help locate your package but sometimes the post office misplaces packages. As much as I wish it didn't happen, it does. I am not responsible for any lost packages. PLEASE make sure you enter the correct address at checkout. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses and ship to what address you have provided on your order.
My order was returned to sender. Can you send it back to me?
If a package is returned to me for some reason (ex. buyer entered wrong shipping address at time of order) and a reshipment is requested, buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again. A PayPal invoice for the new shipping fee will be emailed to you and MUST be paid within 24hrs. After 24hrs the order will be canceled. If the order is canceled, a refund will ONLY be given for the cost of the item, and WILL NOT include the original shipping fee paid at initial time of purchase.
I placed more than one order, can you combine my orders and shipping?
Of course! I always combine your orders into one box (if it will all fit!) and will refund any shipping overages. Sometimes there won't be any refund on shipping due to all the item weights adding up, which causes the price of shipping to change.
I saw you make (fill in the blank) and would love to purchase one! Where can I order?
While I do stock finished items, I don't always have the extra time when working on big projects to make sure the shop is fully stocked. I usually have shop updates when I can make enough items. Any shop updates are announced on my Instagram, Facebook page as well as my newsletter.
Do you take custom orders?
I'm currently not accepting custom orders at this time.
What yarn do you use?
I use a wide variety of brands and colors. My favorites are Michaels Loops & Threads Impeccable, Lion Brand Vanna's Choice, Red Heart Soft, Hobby Lobby I love this yarn!, Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/4, and Hobbii Cotton 8/4. A quick google search will help you find some of these if you are not familiar with them.
What hooks do you use?
My favorite hooks are the Clover Amour Hooks!
Can I be one of your pattern testers?
While I love having people test for me, I am currently not accepting any new testers. If I need testers, I will make an announcement on my Instagram (@amenagerieofstitches) and an application will be provided for you to fill out. Please do not email me asking to be a tester.
