Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me. I would love to work out a solution with you.

Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.

If an item is damaged in shipping, a replacement will be sent free of charge, after a picture of damaged item has been emailed to me.

Crochet patterns are NON-Refundable. Absolutely no exceptions.

RETURN POLICY

All items are made by hand, which makes them one of a kind and unique. Because of this, all items are not eligible for returns.

If however, your item arrives damaged, please contact me so we can fix this. 

Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back to me. Item MUST be shipped back unused and in the state that it was shipped in, (i.e. not played with and in the original packaging) If an item looks as if it was used, a refund will not be issued. 

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after item has arrived back to me.
